Refund and Returns Policy
At Doodle Tech Pvt. Ltd., we take great care in delivering high-quality Caiva products. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Below is our clear and fair refund policy designed to protect both our customers and our brand.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only if the request is made within 2 days of product delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all accessories and invoice.
- Customers must provide an unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened. This helps verify any defect or damage before usage.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a refund in case of damage or defect:
- Please record a clear unboxing video showing:
- The sealed outer packaging
- The unsealing/opening process
- The product’s physical condition right after unboxing
- This video will be used to verify any damage that occurred prior to first use.
Refund requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted for claims of pre-existing damage.
Return Process
- Raise a Return Request
Contact our team at connect@doodle.in within 2 days of delivery with:- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video
- Product images
- Return Pickup
If eligible, we will schedule a return pickup or guide you through return shipping.
Refund Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
Refund Not Applicable If:
- Return request is made after 2 days of delivery.
- The product is physically damaged after delivery, due to mishandling, dropping, or misuse.
- No unboxing video is provided for damage-related claims.
- The returned product is used, incomplete, or missing accessories and packaging.
Logistics & Delivery Damage
- We conduct strict quality checks before shipping.
- If you receive a damaged item due to transit, report within 24 hours of delivery along with:
Unboxing video
- Photos of outer box and damage
- We will offer a free replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping if applicable.
