Machines that are already working.

Seven deployments across hotels, a broadcast studio, retail aisles and working floors. Every clip on this page was filmed on site.

Hospitality

Time Square Resort, Bhuj

A four-deck X Serve Mini works the guest floors at Time Square Resort, carrying orders from the kitchen pass to the door.

The floor

Resort floors are long, and the distance between the pass and the far rooms is the reason a hot order arrives warm. At peak the constraint is rarely the kitchen. It is how many staff are free to walk.

What went in

The unit was mapped against the resort's own plan: the pass, the corridors, the lift lobbies and the service routes between them. Four decks go out on a single trip, it announces itself at the door, and it returns to its dock on its own.

What changed

The corridor leg of every trip belongs to the machine now. Floor staff hand off the walk and stay where the guest is, which is the part of room service that always needed a person.

Broadcast

Colors Gujarati

Colors Gujarati put a Dinebot X1 on the set of The Rasoi Show, where it carries plated dishes into frame through take after take.

The floor

A studio floor is a hostile place for an autonomous machine. The layout changes between setups, the floor is a run of cable and stands, and everything has to hit the same mark on take four that it hit on take one.

What went in

The X1 was mapped to the set and rehearsed on its routes with the floor crew. It brings plated dishes in on cue, holds its mark for the shot, and clears between setups while the next one is lit.

What changed

The show gets a piece of business it can shoot from any angle and repeat all afternoon. A daytime audience across Gujarat sees a service robot doing the job it actually does, rather than a rendering of one.

Luxury hospitality

Taj Hotel, Mumbai

An X Serve in property livery runs the guest corridors in Mumbai, carrying deliveries between the service core and the room.

The floor

A luxury floor sets the hardest brief a service robot gets. It has to be quiet, it has to be spotless, and above all it cannot read as equipment left standing in a corridor.

What went in

The unit carries the property's own livery on its front panel rather than a supplier's. Mapping accounts for corridor widths, lift lobbies and door positions, so it holds a clean line down the middle of a run instead of hugging a wall.

What changed

The walk is absorbed. Staff stay on the floor with guests rather than in the corridor between them, and the machine looks like it belongs to the hotel, because visually it does.

Retail

Brand collaborations

Brands run our service robots through supermarket aisles as a moving point of sale, wrapped in the campaign and stocked with the product.

The floor

A store aisle holds more attention than most media buys and almost no way to keep it. A shelf talker is static. A promoter is expensive and covers one aisle for one shift.

What went in

The unit is wrapped in the campaign, loaded with the product and mapped to the store's own aisle plan. It carries the offer at eye level and moves through the shopper flow instead of waiting at the end of it.

What changed

The activation travels. It reaches aisles a fixed display never covers, and the same machine is re-wrapped for the next store and the next campaign rather than being built and binned.

Food service

Rooftop cafe

A rooftop cafe runs an X Serve between the pass and the tables, through a plan of chairs, planters and people that changes by the hour.

The floor

A cafe floor is the hardest navigation there is. Nothing is where it was an hour ago, the aisles are the width of a pushed-out chair, and the traffic does not follow a route.

What went in

The unit takes the pass-to-table leg with plated orders and brings the clears back. It routes around a moved chair rather than stopping in front of it, and it holds its line through a busy floor instead of waiting for one to clear.

What changed

Servers stop carrying and start serving. The trips belong to the machine, and the table contact those trips were eating into goes back to the staff.

Facilities

Bosch

An industrial wet and dry unit works a large open floor at Bosch, where the area to cover is the problem and the mess is not domestic.

See the Industrial wet and dry vacuum

The floor

A big hard floor collects both kinds of mess in the same shift. Dry dust and debris through the day, then spills and wash-down at the end of it. Covering that with two separate machines is one machine too many.

What went in

One wet and dry unit covers both. It is sized for a concourse rather than an office, so a single pass covers real ground and the tank is not back at the drain every twenty minutes.

What changed

One machine, one operator, both jobs. Housekeeping stops planning the shift around which unit happens to be free.

Industrial

JAPL Industries

JAPL Industries runs two mini scrubber dryers across the floors a mop cannot keep up with and a ride-on cannot justify.

The floor

Most sites have a large middle ground. Too big to mop on a schedule anyone actually keeps to, too broken up by furniture and doorways for a full-size ride-on to be worth wheeling out.

What went in

Two mini scrubber dryers cover it. They scrub and dry in one pass, and they are compact enough to work the corners and the thresholds that a bigger machine has to go the long way around.

What changed

The middle of the floor plan gets cleaned on the same schedule as everything else, and it dries behind the machine, which on a floor people are walking is the part that matters.

Your floor is the next one.

Every deployment on this page started with a walk of the site. Send us the floor area and the shift pattern and we will tell you what fits, what it costs and how long it takes to stand up.
