Refund Policy
Hassle-Free Returns
At Caiva, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you encounter any manufacturing defects, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, without any physical damage, and with all original packaging intact. As per our company policy, returned defective products are sent to our R&D center for analysis and will not be resold. Please note that we cannot accept any returns once the package has been shipped.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns may be rejected if the above requirements are not met.
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to support@caiva.in requesting cancellation.
Please note that a cancellation fee of ₹1800/- will be applied to cover bank transaction, shipping, and platform charges.
Orders cannot be canceled once the products have been shipped.
How to Return an Item

Initiate a Return: Contact Caiva Customer Support to start the return process. Please provide the reason for the return along with an invoice or a screenshot confirming your order number.

Receive Return Address: Caiva Customer Service will share the return address with you within 48 working hours.

Return Notification: To ensure timely processing of your refund, please send a return notification to Caiva with the following details:
- Name of the courier service
- Tracking number
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once the returned item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same payment method as your original order. Processing typically takes 8-10 working days. Please note that for remote or non-metro areas, processing may take 3-4 weeks due to logistical issues.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
Caiva provides a 12-month warranty on all quality-related defects for items sold directly through Caiva.in, starting from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only in India and is void if the product is taken outside the country of purchase or shipped outside of India from an authorized online purchase.
For quality-related warranty claims:
- Items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value when available, or with a new item if not.
- If a replacement is not available or preferred, Caiva will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the device.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same time frame as the original defective item. Warranties are void once a full refund has been issued.
Warranty Process
- Proof of Purchase: Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- Documentation: Caiva must document the issue after troubleshooting the product.
- Defect Proof: The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof of the defect are required.
- Return Inspection: In some cases, the item may need to be returned for quality inspection.
- Return Conditions: Warranties on replacements are void if the wrong item is returned or if the defective item is not returned.
Valid Proof of Purchase
- Order number from online purchases made through Caiva.in
- Sales invoice
Please note: More than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (e.g., receipt of money transfer and confirmation of the address where the item was originally shipped).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:
- Returning products for reasons other than a proven defect
- Exchanging for a new item
- Returning personal items
- Returning items claimed to be defective but found by Caiva’s quality control to be in working condition
- Returning defective items via international shipping
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside the approved warranty process)
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have exceeded their warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues
- Incompatibility with third-party products or unsupported models/products
- Free products
- Repairs through third parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water damage, improper operation)
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Caiva, we take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during transit. However, when returning items for non-quality-related reasons, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Caiva does not provide refunds for items damaged during transit in non-quality-related warranty claims.
